We carry our dreams (E117)
They can take all we have, still we stand, still we are, with hearts that keep burning like a stubborn bright star. We carry our dreams through the wind and the rain, like seeds in the soil that will rise up again. We keep going on when the road turns to stone, when the night feels too heavy to face it alone. But there’s a fire inside they can’t ever erase, a strength deep within us no fear can replace. We conjure the beauty from life’s darkest night, turn pain into purpose, and shadows to light. We find hidden songs in the cracks of despair, melodies growing because we still care. We build up our world from the smallest of signs, from hope that survives through the harshest of times. From ground zero rising, our kingdom we claim, with courage as fuel and love as the flame. With backs standing straight, we carry our name, like ships in the dark that won’t drift off in shame. We stumble and fall, but we rise even more, each scar is a lesson, each wound is a door. And even if they try to take all that we are, we shape something new from each visible scar. For nothing can stop a will that is true, when the heart chooses strength in all that we do. So let them keep trying, let storms crash and roar, we walk through the fire and come back for more. For we are the ones who make kingdoms from sand, and write out our future with our own steady hand.
