We Need To Talk!!

Welcome to a car chat!! For Valentine's Day we drove up to the Mesa to get away from the valley, and to see some true Colorado winter sights! To be transparent, I have been struggling with motivation within my physical body. I have been feeling the years of heavy lifting, plus a full knee reconstruction, adding up and taking their toll- we still lifted and did our normal activities this week, but we decided to make a calmer video talking about where I am at, and how I have found the best ways to overcome that demotivation. In that same line of thought, we covered the current gym industry standards and how to stay safe within the environment, our personal paths and struggles, and ultimately finding God. We give all praise to Him and His strength guiding us through our lives; none of what we have, or who we are, would be possible without Him.
