Wheezy recently caught up with Laura (vocals) and Scott (guitar) from Glasgow’s own Lo Rays following a massive career milestone - their biggest headline show to date at the iconic King Tut's Wah Wah Hut. The duo discussed the release of their high-concept new EP, Rebirth Sequence, which sees the band leaning into a grittier, metalcore-influenced sound while retaining their signature synth-heavy hyper-pop textures. Recorded with producer George Perks, the EP explores themes of self-discovery and agency within a post-apocalyptic fictional universe.
