the new regiment-
monday- Chest
tuesday- back and abs
wednesday- biceps and forearms
thursday- triceps and abs
friday- traps and shoulders
saturday- legs and lower back
if im only doing a 5 day week ill put wednesday 's and thursday's workouts together. good luck.
p.s. if your just starting out, dont get discouraged, this stuff takes time and patience. Everyone has to start somewhere.
