Undercut - a groove melted into the base metal adjacent to the toe of the weld.
Incomplete Penetration - failure of a weld metal to extend into or fill the root of a joint.
Lack of Fusion - lack of union in a weld between weld metal and parent metal or Weld metal and Weld metal.
