Welt Zipper Tutorial (bag lining zip etc)

Creating a ‘welt’ (theses can be super handy for a number of sewing projects) and inserting a zip in it! I’ll be combining this tutorial with next week’s messenger bag make but you can also make these zipper pouches as a little project in itself! these are best suited to Internal pockets for bags… you know the ones where you insert your phone or keys so you don’t need to go finishing into the depths of your bag where the furry polo mints & hair grips live! You’ll just need a zip or a short length of continuous zip tape & pull & fabric scraps
