An opportunity arose to visit a good friend near Tywyn close to the Snowdonia National Park on the west coast of Wales. The 2 hour and 15 minute flight in the QuikR from the Peterborough area was manageable, albeit on the chilly side in April.
Some video footage of the trip and return trip the following day. Alas the camera decided it was going to power down 40 minutes before the landing on day 1, but at least I managed to capture some of the stunning scenery on the return trip on day 2.
Tom was given an opportunity to take a flight in our friends Eurostar, quite possibly the most immaculate Eurostar around. One of the highlights of his trip. An excellent couple of days to an absolutely stunning part of Britain and a chance to catch up with great friends.
