He was featured on our channel yesterday from an earlier encounter with FWC when he was found to be in possession of a Nassau Grouper and 6 undersized yellowtail snapper. We have a link to that video below for those who missed it. A deputy with Monroe County Sheriff’s Office was on patrol when he observed a diver down flag and Brownie’s third lung compressor next to a commercial lobster trap. The next day, the officer returned to the scene to count the number of lobsters in the affected trap along with the other two. Before we get into the charges, I want to note that this Captain has also been on two other channels, Boat Zone and Wavy Boats. They each captured an incident where he can be seen severely stuffing the bow in the Haulover inlet, injuring two passengers with one reportedly needing surgery after. Afterwards, his son appeared to be amused by the incident, walking around recording on his phone.
