“What a difference a few days can make…
Just earlier this week, the pigeons were a bit quiet, not really wanting to work. But now, you can see the change. They’re starting to move, getting up, stretching out, and working nicely around the loft.
I’m also getting them used to the loft camera… so it becomes part of their normal environment, nothing to fear, just part of home.
And today, a bit of rain around—which is actually a good thing. It’s all part of their education… learning to come home in different conditions, not just the easy days.
Bit by bit, they’re building… getting stronger, sharper… and starting to look like race birds again.”
