WHAT is AFTV?

Airman Focused Training Videos has evolved over the last few years to the global ecosystem that it is today. When I explained my "vision" for this particular video I told my team, "You are AFTV, you tell me what it is. I want you to answer the question form your own perspective." As always, my team delivered. The narration of this video contains pieces of their answers, emotions and vision of "what" AFTV is. Successfully scaling AFTV to over 20 locations globally, I would say the number one contributing factor is having the right team. Second, one clear vision to align your team's strengths towards. When we started, we knew with the right people it would grow. So, we created a "CORE Team." Now ten people have worn the badge of core team member, some remain others have moved on, but all still contribute to the building of a new future and remain AFTV family. Managing this team will be a highlight in my professional career, but the work they put in will be the highlight of many....That is what AFTV is from my perspective.
