Technically what I’m referring two as incremental computing in the video is actually two closely related topics that are more accurately collectively named incremental calculation: incremental computing (storing partial calculations) and Taylor Expansion (full AAD with derivatives) which can respectively be used to calculate big and small changes in variables.
