I got home today and didn’t turn the lights on right away. I just stood by the door for a moment, without even taking my shoes off properly, and the house felt strangely quiet. I am not really doing anything, but my heart feels oddly busy. I am alone, but not exactly bored. I am okay, but not completely okay either.
