When one problem ruins a great controller (Fantech EOS Pro)

UPDATE: It DOES wake the console from sleep. Maybe you need to make sure you have the latest firmware installed. Great controller for the switch, PC, phone etc. but the triggers are grinding my gears. There are some other smaller issues I don't mind, other than that I really do like the controller and wish they would adress some of the problems.
