"It's about providing humanity to people in some of the toughest seasons of their life." At Hope Faith, a homeless assistance campus in Kansas City, the work is personal. One minute, it's a domestic violence situation, or helping someone find a warm meal or a shower, and the next minute, it's de-escalating a crisis. That's not a job for just any security team.
