Why can't WE stop scrolling. (The Most Normalized Drug)

Scrolling has become so normalized, you probably scroll and can't stop. But the thing is.... I dont't blame you. These apps have been designed by billion dollar corporations who have poured everything into making it as hard as possible to get off these apps like Tiktok, Insta, Facebook, Twitter, Etc. They are siphoning our attention and most of the time we get nothing in return. In this video I talk about how deleting these apps off your phone; specifically your phone, is the one tried and true method to regaining everything these corporations have taken from you.
