Why I keep making the same clothes
“Do you have a pattern for that?” This is one of the most common questions we get - and the answer is yes, but not in the way most people expect. In this video, I show you how I design three garments from my basic blocks: - wide-leg trousers with a gathered hem in suiting wool - a simple textured cotton t-shirt - a relaxed kimono-style cotton denim jacket No ready-made patterns. No guessing sizes. No trying to force something to fit your body. Every garment starts from the same place: a basic block built from your own measurements. Once you understand that, clothes making becomes simple, flexible, and personal.
