This is the 1st part of a multi-part series covering the basics of documentation for an emergency department provider. We designed this as an introduction for new hires in our group - however, we feel the topics that we cover will be helpful to all providers, not just he ones working for Emergency Physicians of Tidewater. Please feel free to post questions in the comments, and we will try to respond as we are able. We will be posting more as they are completed - we have 8 videos scheduled, but plan on doing more if the people feel these are helpful!
