The dangers and impacts of being obese are all very well known, from Diabetes, Heart disease, Cancers and so on, everybody knows how dangerous it is, which begs the question - Why is everyone so fat now?
Whether it is the super morbidly obese on TV Shows like My 600lb Life, Fat Influencers on the internet saying it is okay to be fat or just obese people in your day to day life - it feels like everyone everywhere is gaining weight at an insane pace.
Well, I wanted to get to the bottom of this, and although most people will blame laziness - the answer isn’t as straight forward as you think.
