Mack 10 was really from the streets, and not just in a rap sense. He grew up in Queen Street, Inglewood, an area known as the home turf of the Queen Street Bloods. Just being born and raised there automatically tied him to gang culture, whether he wanted it or not. Back then, the drug trade was booming, violence was everywhere, and rival gangs were constantly at war.
