I used to think consistency meant never missing a day.
If I skipped a workout, stopped meditating for a while, or fell out of routine, I’d immediately feel like I was failing… like I couldn’t even call myself that kind of person anymore.
But lately I’ve been realizing something:
Real consistency isn’t perfection.
It’s the ability to return.
