It's the middle of winter here and our electricity supply has one phase much more overloaded than the other two. That means there is significant voltage drop on the overloaded phase, reaching the lower allowed limit of 207v.
It's vital that electricians and the power companies balance loads properly to get the best capacity out of the system before needing more infrastructure.
