Why Terrible People Control Everything

CEOs and politicians are famously hated by like...everybody. It's one of the few things that the vast majority (like 80%-90%) of people agree on. So why have we given terrible people so much power? This video answers that question, but it is still FAR from the complete answer. There are several caveats that pop-up on screen when I say things that are...true, but also oversimplified and difficult to conclusively prove. It's tough. I wonder whether I should have even tackled this one, but as someone who is often working with CEOs and corporate leaders to make them better and less terrible, it felt like an interesting one to research.
