Why We Stopped Using The Training Matrix

The training matrix is a great lean tool to having your company, but haven’t used properly and having it work for you is different for every company. In our two secondly Journey, we started using a training matrix and then went away from it as it didn’t fit in with our needs. We felt like we were batch processing with it and people weren’t taking the training seriously so we set it aside temporarily and plan on going to a more workstation, focused training, matrix Derrek Holland, lean business guru and long time expert in the closet organization industry shares business tips, lean improvements, 2 second improvements and other small business and manufacturing tips. 2 second lean and daily continuous improvement has transformed my closet and home organization business. By fixing what bugs us we make work more enjoyable, safer and more efficient. The key to 2 second lean is learning to see and recognize the waste in our lives and the things we struggle with on a daily basis.
