This is a wick adjuster I made for lamps or stoves. It works better than I expected, but I only tested it with kerosene. I don't know if it works with alcohol. This regulator can be attached to almost any container, lid, can, etc.
Parts used:
0:02 - 1/2 inch nipple;
0:42 - piece of brass bar (anything similar will do);
1:13 - M4 or 1/8" bolt and two nuts;
2:25 - 1/2" flat wick.
3:30 - 1/2 inch cap;
5:15 - cable gland nuts (or something similar);
