Hello there, in this video I would like to share my turkey tracking session. It all started with a quick glimpse, which progressed into a sprint after the turkey. When I thought I lost him I managed to see him again, after an hour's worth of crawling I got approx. 5m away, enough to take some sweet pictures and observe this intriguing creature =) Thanks for watching, any tracking tips/advice is greatly appreciated. I'm also wondering if it's common to get this close to a turkey, I would have a hard time getting within 50m of a coyote. So 5m from a turkey seems pretty odd, especially for a wild bird of prey.
