Windows 8 Milestone 1 Build 7850 Install Tutorial

Thanks to ThomasTechWorld and Tartempion76 for the suggestion! Since it's been about 3 months since my last tutorial, I decided to start doing these again. I have gotten countless requests from all of you guys, and I really do appreciate it. Although some of the suggestions are for similar builds, this one was completely different then anything we have looked at.
