Windows error OC007B error Steam Games Steam launch with Optional parameters

If you watched my series on the OC007B error videos https://youtu.be/5noibw-6eYw and you applied the Direct X fix in a Steam game. You may have gotten error such as Train Sim World is attempting to launch with optional parameters shown bellow. This usually also means the game will never launch. This is the fix for this issue. Steam has an integrity file checker and if it finds an unfamiliar file it will kick out this error. This is designed to keep people from cheating and modifying game files. With the fix I provided, it will think you are trying to hack the game.
