This is usually around the wall. If the puck is on the opposite side of the ice, you can move to the middle of the ice for support. If the puck begins to move towards your side of the ice, you need to move towards the wall in order to be a passing option

- Have your eyes up to figure out your next move before you get the puck
- Stick up ice to be able to make a play in front of you
