"Wings" (a.k.a. "Michael's Wings) being taught and danced at a Webster Groves ECD workshop. The dance was written in memory of Michael Cox, a young (30's) vibrant dancer from St. Louis who died completely unexpectedly in his sleep. The music here is "Saraband" by Dave Wiesler, and is the piece promoted for for the general use of the dance. Here in St. Louis, we often dance it to Fried deMatz Herman's arrangement for "Michael and All Angels". If you look closely, you can find Michael's last name imbedded in the start of the dance... We miss you Michael!
