WINSHUTTLE Tutorial and WEBTips: Studio: Tips & Tricks Working with Long Text

Long texts are maintained separately from short text in SAP. Short texts are limited to 40 characters and for Material Master, is contained in table MARA. Long texts can be whatever length is necessary and is stored in different tables. Using Winshuttle, the long texts can be easily created (MM01) or maintained (MM02).
