During a winter storm I took my macro lens and walked around my back yard looking for interesting compositions. You don't have to go far or travel great distances to find things to photograph. Sometimes those compositions and images are right under your nose. You don't even have to use a macro lens. Just take whatever you have and go for a walk with an open mind.
