This shows how to set up See Electrical Standard and Advanced level packages to switch between displaying potentials as targets and displaying the next device off the common potentials. Using POTREF with the default IEC setting of potentials, or completely switching to use splitOPR (Off Page References). Make sure to keep the 2 methods separate though.
