I designed and built a wire cutting machine from scratch – from concept to reality!
This prototype cuts wires with high precision (±0.2 mm) and supports wire sizes from 18 AWG to 22 AWG.
The machine is fully controlled by an ESP32-S3 and a Nextion HMI 4.3” screen, with custom software and encoder feedback for accuracy.
