Mungo, while collecting empty milk bottles, accidentally discovers a cat genie named Harry (with the light brown jeans). Meanwhile, an interloper named Claude the Disguiser eavesdrops on the conversation between Mungo and Harry and decides that he wants the last wish (and the power to rule the world) to himself.
