On 11/9/2011, every broadcast, cable, and satellite station in the USA participated in a National EAS Test. WKBW-DT did also, but because just recently the Operations Engineers were laid off and their work outsourced out of state, this test in my opinion failed from the local station in how it was conducted and information given out in the wrong secquence.
