Wood finishing with shellac

Germán explains what shellac is, its uses and how to apply it. Suggested MIX: 7g shellac to 50ml ethanol Suggested DRYING TIMES AND SANDING: 1. Surface prepared to receive the finish (watch previous video here). 2. First set of 3 coats, wait 30 minutes to dry, sand to 400 grit. 3. Second set of 3 coats, wait 4 hours, sand to 400 grit. 4. Third set of 3 coats for a glossier finish, wait till next day, burnish with worn mesh.
