Wordpress: Functions dot php and enqueue styles and scripts

We will add functions.php where we will add a function to enqueue all styles and scripts so that header and footer code look cleaner. Functions.php can have different functions for different purposes like adding dynamic menu, sidebar, admin related functions etc.
