Broken finger? So what! There are still plenty of things you can work on. At my age (51) injuries are common. If I took time off every time I got hurt, I’d never get any training done!😆 I’ve had to fight injured many times. Broken fingers, cracked ribs, torn muscles etc. So sometimes an injury can be an opportunity to work out how to fight when you can’t use one of your limbs, or work on one specific aspect of your game. As long as you are careful and don’t be reckless about it. Some injuries do require time off of course. You have to be sensible about it. But some injuries can be worked around. I broke my finger, so I used this opportunity to work on combos with my lead hand. Here I condensed 3 rounds I did on the heavy bag into one round with commentary on the combos.
