With COVID restrictions tightening again I’m unable to work with partners. I have a bunch of solo footage recorded but I’m waiting for the opportunity to shoot some sparring so I can show examples of using the techniques in live sparring.

I’m planning to test for my Kudo 3rd Dan at the end of the year and I recently got news that I may get the opportunity to compete in a masters division against other over 40 veterans. So I’m motivated to train hard. I will share videos of my preparation in the coming months. 👊🔥
