Rolla Workout is our roller derby inspired workout on wheels. Get strong and powerful on your rollerskates without having to step on the derby track. These workouts are non-contact and can be done without any equipment (other than your rollerskates of course!) We recommend wearing full safety gear during these workouts as they are pretty intense! So go find an empty tennis court, sport box or parking garage - grab your rollerskates and let's get fit and have some f*cking fun! Want more like this? Next up is our PYRAMID interval workout! Skate between stations, stopping a different way each time, and doing a descending pyramid of repetitions at each spot. This workout is inspired by Miracle Whips, star jammer for Team Canada Roller Derby and the Montreal New Skids on the Block!
