this week’s episode is from the first major championships of the year - world indoors !! i travel to Torun with my team and go through the accreditation process before meeting other teammates and athletes. you get to see some of the media work i did with radio 5 and the bbc as well as the athlete’s photoshoot. we head to the track for pre-meet - hopefully you can spot lots of your favourite athletes - before going to coffee as standard the day before a race. and then race day comes around with make up routines, travel to the track and full footage of every round. if you want to see my post race interviews head to @TheInsideLaneUK !! this vlog features a very honest and vulnerable debrief, talking through my emotions and some technical elements before i start smiling again and i head to the track with some friends of the vlog to watch the final evening of the champs. i hope you enjoy the highs and the lows of this video. first championship of the year complete and top 10 in the world secured. thank you so much for everyone’s love and support it has been so deeply appreciated ❤️🔥
