WORLDS OLDEST COFFEE ROASTER?!?! | Probat at Pull Caffe

This past month, we visited a fully operational Probat Roaster located at Pull Caffe in mountains of Yacolt, Washington, a machine that began its roasting journey around the start of the 20th Century! This 120kg batch-size, brick-lined, 13,000 pound, wood-fired behemoth was rescued from a barn in Serbia, flown to the US, and then meticulously restored as to maintain its antique look while reestablishing its functionality.
