WRIST MOBILITY AND WARMUP
These wrist mobility exercises are good for warmup for any exercises that needs to place your hands on the floor (e.g. planks, pushups, handstands etc). They are also useful to neutralise the effects of over using the hands from routine tasks (e.g. handphone holding, mouse usage, cooking etc).
The exercises held alleviate tightness and also enable you to have better range of movement. The exercises also strengthen the surrounding muscles and joints.
