The plaintiff says the defendant pulled up beside him at a traffic light and, when the light turned green, turned right into his car, causing damage. He is suing for repairs. The defendant says the plaintiff approached him, rolled down his window and claimed their cars had collided. He insists he was stopped at the light and was then asked to pay $200 in cash on the spot. He refused, believing the claim was a scam.
