Xbox One Controller Stick upgrade to Hall Effect sensors - FAILED!

Welcome back to FixIt All Workshop! In this video, I attempt to upgrade the Xbox One controller sticks with newly purchased hall effect sensor sticks. Unfortunately, I ended up choosing the wrong sticks—they were for a PS4 controller, not an Xbox One! While this replacement attempt was a fail, there's still plenty to learn. I discovered that hall effect sensors are not interchangeable like resistive sticks, which can often be swapped across different controllers. I also share a handy color-coded diagram explaining the various stick versions for different controllers. We didn’t break anything in the process, and I managed to restore the original resistive sticks while waiting for the correct V3 hall effect sensors for Xbox One, which are now on order.
