xFran - Ascend

Ascend like the phoenix, and rise from the ashes. I used to think I didn't deserve any of the opportunities and chances I currently have. I do. I used to think opportunities were scarce. They aren't. I deserved to be with good people. I'm probably going through the most uncertain yet exciting ventures I could've ever asked for. It's all a matter of having the correct mindset and believing in yourself. We were told to stick to society's norms. But what if we go beyond that and define our own roles and ventures? Wouldn't things be more exciting? Sure. I might be afraid of the uncertainty and what's ahead. And you know what I'm also afraid of? Not living. Not shooting for the stars. Accepting the bare minimum. Not aiming for mastery of coding, leadership, music theory, entrepreneurship and socializing. I won’t tolerate mediocrity around me. I’ll take the leap. After all, I only live once And this hasn't been a journey to prove myself. It was the spark that lit my fire. Now, watch it blaze.
