XGBoost in Excel using Tidymodels and Plumber

In this week's #TidyTuesday video, I use the palmer penguins dataset to create an XGBoost model and use it in Excel with an API. Using #Tidymodels I go over a quick run-through of the modeling process and create an #XGBoost and Multinomial regression model. I then select the best model and create a workflow and web API using the plumber package. Using the API, I generate predictions in Excel from the XGBoost model.
