XPression | Maps touch map movement (MAP508)

Sometimes, when using XPression Maps Touch, you might not want the map itself to move when doing things like telestration. This is a function which can be added to macros, to hold the map in the current position. Or create a function which allows the map to be moved, if that is what is required.
