This poem is recited on Yom Kippur after evening prayers, and is based on the Hebrew alphabet in reverse. Sung in three sections in which we beseech the Almighty for mercy and express our faith in His eternal grace. This melody is very appropriate for the text of "Ya'ale Tachanuneinu" — May our supplications arise, and has been sung at the synagogue of the Rebbe for many years.
