This is Pueng’s very first time trying headstand and she nailed it! That’s not common but I still I hope you find some of these tips helpful!
Here are the key points for a stable base!
1) Triangular base between elbow and hands (not elbows in line with head)
2) Ground the crown of the head. Neck in same position upside down as right side up.
3) Lift shoulders towards sky
If you are new to headstand please be sure a teacher is present.
